I finally got around to designing and developing a new blog design! The blog design mimics my current website but differs slightly.
The blog uses WordPress and the design is responsive, which means that the design is optimized for different screen sizes (for modern browsers) and devices like iPhone. The responsive design has three layouts: standard screen, small screen/tablets and mobile (iOS optimized).
Features of this blog include the following:
- RSS feed to subscribe using Google Reader or another RSS reader
- posts are automatically published to Twitter
- Disqus for discussion and comments management
- search capabilities
- archives page and topics page for organization and easy filtering
- each blog post is ready for search engine optimization
